His honesty, high ethical standards, and dedication to detail are paramount to his professional approach. Mr. Mason remains a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the New Jersey Chiefs of Police Association. He is a successful graduate of the West Point Command and Leadership Program and holds three academic degrees including a Masters Degree. In addition, he holds certifications in Crime Prevention, Internal Affairs, Community Policing, Tactical Training, and Accident Investigation.
