Through this process, a defense plan is established to limit the negative impact of the case against you.
We work with the attorney representing you through a review of the evidence, police policy, the interview of witnesses, and many other avenues. If you do not have an attorney, we will offer a recommendation although there is no obligation to use them. We are not attorneys and cannot provide you with legal advice.
